All DCL staff members will follow the recommended guidelines for regularly sanitizing surfaces and materials.
Sneeze guards have been installed at all check out counters.
Furniture and computers have been arranged or moved to allow for social distancing.
High-touch surfaces will be cleaned regularly.
Patrons can opt to “self-checkout” by scanning their own library card and materials.
We request that staff members and patrons do not enter the building if sick or showing symptoms of COVID-19.
We will provide masks and hand sanitizer at all library entrances.
All returned library materials will be sanitized prior to being available again for checkout.
We will provide browsing bins for items that are touched but not checked out so that the items can be sanitized.
We have a professional cleaning service on a structured weekly schedule at every library location.
