An event every month that begins at 11:00 am on day Third of the month, repeating until December 31, 2024

Join us for a conversation on how to cultivate wellbeing – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We will share resources, tools, practices to develop and maintain our wellbeing. Led by Dr. Edith Johnston.

The groups meet on the third Tuesday of every month, from 11:00am to 12:30pm, at the new Delta Library.
