January 14, 2021 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm MST

Grand Mesa Arts and Events Center and Delta County Libraries present “Voices of the Western Slope,” a series of entertaining, engaging, and informative presentations on noteworthy topics of the Western Slope.

The January program, Gateway to Winter Fun: Exploring Grand Mesa, is presented by Christy Aschwanden and Ben Graves.  Aschwanden, journalist and author, introduces viewers to the vast opportunities for exploring the Grand Mesa on cross-country skis.  Graves, Development Director at The Nature Connection, explores the gear, access, and safety considerations necessary for all-ages to explore the mesa in the winter.  This virtual event is co-hosted on Facebook by Grand Mesa Arts and Events Center and Delta County Libraries.

Join us for the virtual event on Thursday, January 14 at 6pm. If you miss the first showing, a recording will be available on YouTube.

There is a recommended donation of $10 per viewer to cover presentation costs.
