Tenant’s Rights in Colorado-What’s Changed and What you Need to Know

April 23, 2022 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm MDT

Join us at the Delta Library for a presentation by Andrea Rosenberry, attorney for Colorado Legal Services, on Colorado tenant’s rights. Saturday, April 23 from 11:00am to 12:30pm.

There have been several important changes in the past year to the law concerning evictions, a landlord’s obligation to maintain a residence, late fees, rent increases, and unlawful evictions. This presentation aims to educate tenants on what their rights are under the new laws, as well as include an overview on the eviction process in Colorado. Please be aware that case specific answers or case specific legal advice to individuals will not be provided during this presentation.
